Washburn Chamber’s Green Ticket Draw
NEW THIS YEAR! To help bring and keep business local the chamber will be hosting the Green Ticket Drawing. Starting the week of November 16th and running through December 23rd, participating businesses, including Harbor House Sweets, will be giving out one green ticket for every $15 spent. If a customer spends $30, they get 2 tickets. If they spend $52.65 they get 3 tickets and so on. The customer will write their name and phone number on the back of the ticket and place it in the cup we provide to the businesses, or they can return it directly to the chamber office. A volunteer will collect the tickets weekly. On Dec. 24th the chamber will pull 3 tickets and award each one with $100 cash.
Merry Ol’ Christmas
December 4th. This event is usually when the city lights the tree in front of City Hall, and Santa comes to town to meet with the kids and hand out treat bags. This year will be a little different. This year the event will be a drive through at the chamber parking lot. Cars will be directed to come up 2nd Ave. from Omaha and will then turn into the lot where they will go to several stations: dropping off letters to Santa, waiving to Santa, goody bag pick up are planned at this point. Harbor House Sweets will be doing something special on this day!
Shop Local. Shop Late.
Wednesday, December 16th, from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Participating Washburn shops and restaurants will be offering specials to customers on this late shopping night. Get your last-minute shopping done while spending your money locally. The chamber puts together a guide of participating businesses that lists the business name and special hours as well as any deals for that evening and gift giving suggestions. Harbor House Sweets will have our $2.00 Peppermint Hot Chocolate drinks, and a 4 piece Box of Chocolates for $4.50!

Purchase a Harbor Bar! Find the Golden Ticket worth $100! One bar for $5, two for $9, three for $12. One Golden Ticket in each batch of 100 bars. Red wrapper milk chocolate. Green wrapper dark chocolate.
North Pole Express Mailbox
Children of all ages can leave their letters for Santa in our special mailbox, and receive a special treat from Harbor House Sweets.
